新文欽五金企業股份有限公司特此聲明所有提供給客戶之產品皆為無衝突礦產之產品。
SHIN WEN CHING METAL ENTERPRISE CO.,LTD. hereby declares that all minerals contained in the products supplied to customers are Conflict-Free.
 
新文欽五金企業股份有限公司亦正或將致力於詳實調查供應鏈確保: 金(Au)、鉭(Ta)、鎢(W)、鈷(Co)、錫(Sn) 、雲母、(Mica)、這類金屬並非透過無政府軍團或非法集團，由剛果民主共和國衝突區域之礦區開採或是循非法走私途徑取得。此外，下列國家出口之金屬皆不符合「無衝突規範」剛果民主共和國(DRC)、盧安達(Rwanda)、烏干達(Uganda)、蒲隆地(Burundi)、坦尚尼亞(Tanzania)、肯亞(Kenya)（聯合國安全理事會認定上述國家皆為剛果礦脈之礦產）。
SHIN WEN CHING METAL ENTERPRISE CO.,LTD. is conducting and will continue to conduct due diligence within our supply chain to assure that the minerals gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), cobalt (Co), tin (Sn), and mica are not derived from or sourced from mines in conflict areas of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), nor illegally taxed on trade routes, either of which is controlled by non-governmental military groups or other unlawful military factions. Trade routes not confirmed to be “Conflict-Free” include direct exports from the DRC, as well as exports through Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi, Tanzania, and Kenya (countries which the U.N. Security Council has noted are global export routes for DRC-mined minerals).
 
本公司保證任何出售於客戶之產品所含金屬皆符合無衝突規範(DRC Conflict-Free)。
SHIN WEN CHING METAL ENTERPRISE CO.,LTD. hereby confirms that the minerals used in products sold to customers are “DRC Conflict-Free”.
 
新文欽五金企業股份有限公司特此制定＂衝突礦物政策＂，而且使用以下承諾：
SHIN WEN CHING METAL ENTERPRISE CO.,LTD. hereby formulates this Conflict Minerals Policy and makes the following commitments:

1. 不購買從衝突地區來的衝突礦物。We do not purchase conflict minerals from mines in the conflict regions.
2. 要求供應商拒絕使用從衝突地區來的衝突礦物，及簽署無衝突礦產的承諾書給客戶。
   Request suppliers to refuse to use Conflict Minerals from the conflict regions and present a signed letter of commitment to our customer.
3. 要求我司的供應商，需管理其上游及下游供應商，必須要遵循無衝突礦物的要求。
   Request suppliers to notify their upstream and downstream suppliers to follow Conflict-Free Minerals requirements.
4. 盡我司的最大努力對物料來源，拒絕使用從衝突地區來的衝突礦物。
   We continue our industry leadership and our efforts to source conflict-free minerals from the DRC where possible.
